That turned out to be a dud. Nothing against Jake Barber and I am glad they said he had nothing to do with the video.

The night vision helicopter video of the rope slowly dropping the egg to the ground, was so fake. It was the most listless steady unshaken rope dangling from the chopper. There seemed to be no rotor wash. And the camera shot was rock solid.

I summarize, the show is just hyping what people like Jake are used for. If what Jake experienced was true, they are milking it all the way to the bank. That's my take. But why make an alleged actual video basically destroying any reputation Jake may have had. The helicopter and the green night vision egg-drop was fake to the incident Jake described. At least say its a re-enactment.
