Are UFOs from under water?

I hear about this all the time it seems. These underwater sightings by the military defy even further what a UFO can do.

Have you heard of this before?

I've definitely heard of sightings where people have seen objects fly from the water and into the sky.

You know the ocean isn't really totally mapped. I think most of it is estimated. Imagine in the deeper blue what could be down there.

We might be looking up when in reality, we should be looking down.
